4. Age Policy

Flirtzy.ai is exclusively for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors or market our Service to anyone under the age of 18.

If we discover that an account has been registered by someone under 18 or contains personal information from a minor, we will promptly terminate the account and delete all associated data as required by applicable laws.

When you first visit, we ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older; your answer is saved on your device so we don't ask again. When you create an account, we record that you confirmed your age and accepted our Terms of Use and this Policy, together with the date and time, the version of the terms and the sign-in method you used.

Age Verification for UK Users (Online Safety Act)

To comply with the UK Online Safety Act 2023, visitors whose connection appears to come from the United Kingdom must verify that they are 18 or older before using the Service. We determine the country from your IP address, using information from our network provider and a local IP geolocation database. Visitors outside the UK are not asked to verify.

Age checks are carried out by our processor Didit. You are asked for a selfie for facial age estimation or for a photo of an identity document. Didit processes these images and document data on our behalf under its verification privacy notice; we do not receive or store them.

We keep only the result of the check: its status, the method used, the estimated age or the age shown on the document, the date, a session reference, your IP address and country, and an identifier for your device. We use this to remember your result, to prevent abuse and to meet our legal obligations.

Once you are verified, a cookie keeps your device verified for up to one year, and the verification is linked to your account. One verification can be linked to no more than two accounts. Until verification is completed, the Service is not available from the UK.
