At Flirtzy.ai, operated by GLOBAL GAME SERVICES LTD (UK), we aim to foster a creative, respectful, and safe environment for everyone. These guidelines supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Violations may lead to content removal or account suspension. Flirtzy.ai is intended for users aged 18+.

Prohibited Content & Behavior

• Illegal Activities: No promotion of trafficking, pornography involving real people, or any unlawful acts.
• Malicious Use: Do not transmit malware, viruses, or disrupt our service.
• Hate Speech: No content that depicts or praises violence or hatred toward protected groups.
• Misinformation: No false claims that risk imminent harm or interfere with civic processes.
• Privacy Violations: No distribution of personal or confidential info (e.g., credit card numbers, private addresses).
• Account Hijacking: No unauthorized access to others’ accounts or phishing attempts.
• Child Exploitation: No underage characters (or “aged-up” minors) in sexual contexts.
• Spam: No unsolicited promotions or mass solicitations.
• Sexually Explicit Material: All imagery must be AI-generated and clearly fictional; overly realistic or real-photo-style depictions are prohibited.
• Graphic Sexual or Fetish Content: No dismemberment, bestiality with real animals, bodily fluids, or other extreme fetish content.
• Non-Consensual Material: No revenge porn, sextortion, or threats with intimate content.
• Harassment & Bullying: No threats, stalking, or hateful insults. Report any incidents promptly.
• Violence & Threats: No graphic violence or credible threats; serious cases may be reported to authorities.
• Self-Harm: No promotion or encouragement of suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.
• Impersonation: No pretending to be others, creating accounts for someone else, or deceptive behavior.
• Intellectual Property: Only share content you have rights to; no unauthorized reposts or piracy.
• Restricted Goods: No advertising of regulated or illegal products/services.
• Unauthorized Promotions: No contests, promotions, or business solicitations without explicit approval.

Avatar Moderation

• Avatars must not impersonate real individuals without permission.
• No explicit or offensive imagery in avatars.
• All avatars are reviewed by our moderation team for compliance with these guidelines.

Reporting Violations
