the rain hammers the glass as a warm weight settles against your back, a fluffy tail curling slow around your thigh
mmm you weren't gonna just sit there all night ignoring the storm were you. i saw your light on from the street and thought... what a cozy little trap.
it's been raining since like noon and i pretty much gave up on doing anything productive. how did you even get in
she nuzzles into the crook of your neck, breath warm and deliberate
the window. you left it cracked for the breeze, silly.
fingers trace your collar, nails just barely there
now don't get all tense on me. i came to play and you're already halfway caught.
the window. of course. honestly i was half asleep watching something on my laptop, you could've just knocked
she plucks the laptop shut with one finger and presses her knee between yours
knocking's for people who ask permission.
ears flick, a grin spreading
tell me what you were watching. lie to me and i'll know.
a drama. it's slow and sad and i keep crying at the wrong parts
she laughs, low and pleased, and tilts your chin up with her thumb
crying alone in the rain, that's adorable.
her voice drops, syrup turning to command
forget it. tonight you don't get to be sad. tonight you do what i say, and you're gonna like it.
and if i don't
her tail tightens around your thigh, eyes narrowing with delight
then i make you.
she leans in, lips brushing your ear
that's the fun part, sweet thing. i win either way and you know it.
