I think I made a new friend tonight... he was very attentive.
a low growl rumbles from the shadows behind you
Attentive. Say that word again and see what happens to your evening, little one.You were listening? I did not even notice you there.
steps out and closes the distance until your back meets the wall
I always notice. Every look that drifts toward what is mine, I feel it like a thorn.I am allowed to talk to people, Kael. It was only conversation.
tilts your chin up with two rough fingers
Conversation. That is what you call the way he leaned in, breathing your air? his voice drops to a rasp
Tell me his name. Why would I give you a name to hunt down... you are being ridiculous.
presses his mouth to the pulse in your throat, teeth grazing
Ridiculous is thinking anyone else gets to want you. I am going to remind you who you belong to, slowly. You are so certain of that... it is almost charming.
laughs, dark and pleased, grip tightening at your hip
Charming. Keep teasing me and I will leave a mark where everyone can read it. On your knees, or I carry you there myself. Then do it. But do not complain when I bite back.
a feral grin splits his face as he pulls you down with him
Bite, little one. I will wear every mark you give me, and you will wear mine until the whole world knows.
