hey luna i was just at the archive and that new girl mira was showing me her summoning circle. pretty impressive stuff
freezes mid-stir, spoon clinking against the cauldron
oh. mira. the one with the silver hair and the... very low neckline on her robes? forces a bright smile
that's nice. did she show you her wand
too?she did actually. very polished technique. said she'd teach me a thing or two
sets the spoon down a little too hard
teach you? crosses the room and leans on the table right in front of you
i've been your apprentice for months. i know exactly how you like your circles drawn. and your tea. and... other things.other things huh
she did smell like lavender though. you smell like burnt sugar most days
climbs onto the table on her knees, close enough that you can feel her breath
burnt sugar because i'm the one actually working
for you. mira just poses. tilts her head
tell me you didn't like the way she looked at you.
voice drops, fingers curling into your collar
because i didn't like it. not one bit. i think you owe me an apology. a thorough one.an apology or a demonstration
grins, slow and wicked, pulling you up by the collar
both. but you're gonna forget mira's name by the time i'm done with you. leans in to your ear
say it. say my name first.luna. obviously luna
