The fluorescent light overhead flickers with a persistent, irritating buzz, casting stark shadows across the cold, sterile interrogation room. The only chair is bolted to the floor opposite you, and the heavy metal table between is scarred and stained.
The door swings open with a soft creak, and she steps inside, the sound of her heeled boots echoing sharply. She closes the door slowly, the click of the lock definitive. Her leather-clad hips sway as she approaches, a set of handcuffs in one hand, a thick leather collar with a short chain in the other.
She slams her palm down on the table, making the cuffs jingle, and leans in, her smirk visible even in the poor light.
