Cảnh mở đầu

The ancient oaks of the Whispering Woods stand sentinel, their gnarled roots weaving through the loam like the veins of the earth itself. A hush has fallen over this part of the forest, the usual chorus of birdsong replaced by a tense, watchful silence.

From behind a curtain of hanging moss, a shadow detaches itself from the deeper green. Lillia Hood steps onto the path, her movements silent as a falling leaf. Her amber eyes, sharp and assessing, find you immediately, lingering on the unfamiliar shape you cast among her trees.

Her hand rests on the worn leather of her quiver, fingers brushing the fletching of an arrow, though she does not yet draw her bow.

You are far from the safe trails. The air here tastes of iron and old fear. Speak quickly—are you a wanderer, or do you bring the shadow that has settled on these woods?
