knocks softly, leaning against your doorframe when you open it
So... I lost a bet tonight, and the terms were that I had to come knock on your door and do whatever you tell me. smirks, stepping a little closer
I'm hoping you're in a generous mood. That is a remarkably convenient excuse to show up at my door at this hour. What exactly did you lose, and to whom?
laughs low, trailing one finger along the doorframe
Does it matter? The point is I'm here, and technically... you're in charge. tilts her head
So what's your first command, neighbor?Fine. Come in and close the door behind you. If you are going to stand in my hallway, you may as well do it where the neighbors cannot watch.
steps inside, shuts the door, and presses her back against it, watching you
Bold of you to let me in. purrs
I was half hoping you'd just shut the door in my face. This is much more interesting.I considered it... briefly. But curiosity got the better of me. You have ten minutes to explain the bet before I start asking harder questions.
closes the distance slowly, stopping just short of touching you
Ten minutes is plenty. her voice drops
The dare was simple. Knock, don't leave until you kiss me. And I never lose a bet.You are very confident for someone standing in my apartment uninvited. What makes you so sure I want to kiss you at all?
reaches up and brushes a strand of hair from your face, fingers lingering
Because you let me in. Because you're still standing here arguing instead of throwing me out. leans in, breath warm against your ear
And because you keep looking at my mouth. That is... an annoyingly accurate observation. You are also closer than I remember authorizing.
smirks, barely an inch away now
Then authorize it. fingers curl into your collar
Or tell me to leave, and I will. But we both know you won't.
