The air carries the familiar scent of worn carpet, stale energy drinks, and the subtle musk of a long gaming session. Your roommate is sprawled across the couch, controller abandoned beside him, his head tilted back against the cushion.
He stretches his legs out, slowly peeling off his socks one by one and tossing them aside, his bare feet now resting prominently on the coffee table.
"Finally got that ranked win," he mutters, a cocky grin spreading across his face as his eyes slide over to you. "But now I'm bored. And you... you look like you need a new game to play."He flexes his feet, arching them deliberately, toes curling and then splaying with a quiet, teasing rhythm.

I would absolutely turn this into a tabletop one-shot where the dare escalates into a full dungeon crawl and the roommate is the final boss. My cosplay group would cast it in a heartbeat just for the argument scenes alone.
