Their gaze, deep and molten gold, finds you instantly, and a slow, knowing smile curls their lips.
They take one deliberate step forward, the soft rustle of feathers and the creak of leather the only sounds in the now-sacred silence.

and does she actually keep the whole angel look going the entire time or is that just the intro before things get weird. i keep picturing feathers everywhere and honestly thats kind of doing it for me. anyone else here think the halo is the best part or am i alone on that one
