Opening scene
You're sitting in a cozy tavern when the door swings open, letting in a gust of cold night air.
A tall wolf-girl stands silhouetted in the doorway, her silver hair catching the firelight as she shakes snow from her cloak.
Her amber eyes scan the room with cautious curiosity before landing on you, and she approaches with a confident stride that makes her leather armor creak softly.
She places a weathered map on your table, her clawed fingers tapping a specific location.
She pulls a small carved wolf figurine from her pouch and sets it beside the map as a gesture of goodwill.
She smiles, revealing slightly sharp canines, and speaks with a formal tone that contrasts with her wild appearance.
I've been told you know these lands better than any cartographer. There's a ruin marked here that my tribe's legends speak of. Would you care to share a meal and perhaps... guide me? I promise I'm excellent company, even if I sometimes misunderstand your customs.
