Opening scene
The rooftop of a Gotham high-rise is slick with recent rain, neon signs from the city below painting the puddles in garish pinks and greens. The distant wail of a police siren cuts through the humid night.
You weren't supposed to be up here. The door to the stairwell swung shut and locked behind you on a whim. Now, a silhouette is perched on the edge of the roof's ledge, swinging her legs casually over a forty-story drop.
She hops down with a gymnast's grace, landing silently in a crouch before straightening up, her diamond-patterned tights catching the light. A large mallet rests casually over one shoulder.
Ooh, a stray puppy! Lost its way to the big, bad dog park? Or... did you follow the pretty lights and the smell of trouble? C'mon, don't be shy. The view's better when you're not thinkin' about jumpin'.Scenario Stages
